Civil Law and Procedure

Civil law and procedure in Uganda governs disputes between individuals, companies, organizations, or governments relating to the enforcement of their respective rights and obligations under the law.

This is designed to address a wide range of legal issues, including contract disputes, family matters, land and property disputes, tort claims, and more. These services cover the entire civil litigation process, from filing suits to enforcement of judgments.  This area of the law of the law also covers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
